About This Project

The project involved the construction of a modern three‑storey residential building comprising three fully independent housing units located in Ugweno, Mwanga District – Kilimanjaro Region. The development was executed to deliver durable, comfortable, and well‑planned residential spaces suitable for long‑term occupancy.

Scope of Works (Executed)
Site Preparation — clearing, excavation, leveling, and setting out completed.
Structural Works — reinforced concrete foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and full structural frame completed across all three floors.
Masonry & Partitioning — external walls, internal partitions, staircases, and balconies completed.
Roofing System — installation of durable roofing suitable for highland climate completed.
Finishes — plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, ceilings, and joinery fully completed.
Electrical Installations — wiring, lighting, sockets, distribution boards, and safety systems installed and tested.
Plumbing & Drainage — water supply, sanitary fittings, wastewater systems, and external drainage completed.
Doors & Windows — installation of secure external doors, internal doors, and aluminum/UPVC windows completed.
External Works — access paths, parking area, landscaping, boundary wall, and gate completed.
Material Procurement & Tracking — full procurement cycle executed, documented, and closed.

All three residential units fully completed and ready for occupation.
